Design Teams

As someone who loves to build and design, it should come as no surprise I enjoy spending time with like-minded people, collaborating to create something great.

FIRST Robotics Competition

Team 341, Miss Daisy (2021-2025)

Team Captain (2024-2025)

Mechanical Subsystem Lead (2022-2024)

From how to cut a box tube to length to how to lead and manage a team of 70+, my time in FIRST was extremely fruitful, teaching me the many technical and soft skills needed to succeed in the world of engineering. While the success of the team has been incredibly exciting, having five event wins, twelve robot awards, and even winning FIRST's only individual award, I have found the most rewarding part of my experience to be the teaching of younger members on my team. Whether through a CAD curriculum I created, or simply giving small tips during build season, being able to pass down the knowledge I have gained over the years from older members and my own experiences has by far been the best part of my time with FIRST. Especially with all the responsibilities I had accumulated by my senior year, teaching skills from how to render in Solidworks to set up our team's pit display or manage our team's part order sheets, I feel I have set my team up for continued success.
